Alex Chapman Studios Bridal Storyteller Giveaway
- Sponsor
- Alex Chapman Studios LLC.
- Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who attend the Aurora Farms Open House event on [EVENT DATE]. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Alex Chapman Studios LLC are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
- Entry Period
- The giveaway begins at [START TIME] on [EVENT DATE] and closes at [END TIME] on [CLOSING DATE]. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
- How to Enter
- Complete the official giveaway entry form and provide a valid name, email address and Instagram username. Entrants must follow the Alex Chapman Studios Instagram account at the time the winner is selected. No purchase is necessary.
- Bonus Entry
- Entrants may receive one additional entry by sharing the giveaway, booth or gift basket to their Instagram Story and tagging @alexchapmanstudios during the entry period. Private accounts must provide verification by direct message or screenshot.
- Entry Limit
- One standard entry and one bonus entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
- Prize
- One Bridal Storyteller Gift Basket containing a camcorder, notepad, pens and additional bridal gifts. Approximate retail value: $[VALUE]. Prize contents may not be exchanged for cash.
- Winner Selection
- One potential winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The random selection will take place approximately seven days after the event.
- Winner Announcement
- The winner will be announced through the Alex Chapman Studios Instagram account on August 1st by 8:00 PM and contacted using the email address or Instagram username provided. Only the winner's first name and Instagram username will be publicly announced.
- Claiming the Prize
- The potential winner must respond within 48 hours. Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility or refusal of the prize may result in the selection of an alternate winner.
- Odds
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Privacy
- Information submitted will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner. Promotional emails will only be sent to entrants who separately choose to receive marketing communications.
- Instagram Disclaimer
- By entering, participants release Instagram from responsibility relating to this promotion. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
- General Conditions
- Alex Chapman Studios LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules and to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical problems or circumstances outside its reasonable control affect its administration.
